      • CALIFORNIA SALES TAX: We charge a sales tax of 8.75% on all orders shipped within California, United States.
      • RETURNS & REFUNDS:  Ghost & Dove accepts returns and refunds on new items. It must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged upon receipt. If you would like a refund, please email within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. We will refund your money within 7 business days upon receipt of the item.
      • VINTAGE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE: There are no refunds or returns on vintage items so please choose carefully and reference photos for condition of vintage items. Please review all item descriptions carefully. Product photos are for visual reference and not all items in a photo such as staging props and accessories, are included unless noted in the description. Please email us with any questions before purchasing. All vintage items are old and authentic. We do our best to provide accurate history and information for each item whenever possible.

      • UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Free shipping on orders above $50.00. Shipping is USPS First-Class Mail with Tracking Information Number included at no extra cost to buyer. All US orders will be mailed a tracking number to your email address once the order has been shipped.

      • UNITED STATES DOMESTIC ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE: We ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received. On average, USPS First-Class Domestic Mail orders will take an additional 2-5 days after shipping to reach destination. Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please email if you would like a quote for upgraded Priority Mail or Express Mail services. These services include insurance. Transit times vary, particularly during peak holiday periods. Please understand that we are not responsible for USPS delays in shipping transit times. Customers also have the option of insuring their package for $1.85 per $100 of merchandise. Please email us for a quote and we can send an additional invoice for the added insurance cost.

      • IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct. All orders will be shipped only to the address listed in the customer's PayPal account. Please make address adjustments in your PayPal account first then choose accordingly during the checkout process at our store.

      • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently, we ship to Canada and select countries in Europe. We will be expanding our shipping to other countries in the near future. Orders will be sent by USPS First-Class International Mail.There is no Tracking Number for this class of shipping. However, we will send you the Customs Number associated with your package so you can track when your package has shipped and left the United States. We ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of payment. Insurance may be purchased at the discretion of the buyer. If you would like to add insurance to your order or upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority International Mail, please email us at for details. 

      • NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES: The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes charged by their particular country. Please consult with your country's postal system for information. The customs form will be marked "Merchandise" with no exceptions. Shipping times will vary to international destinations and we cannot guarantee when the shipment may arrive. Please understand times can vary greatly and we cannot guarantee arrival dates or packages lost in transit to your country.
